Question 1

What kinds of resale events can I browse?

Accepted Answer

TicketNexus can show resale listings for concerts, sports, theater, and other live events when inventory is available. Open the public listings experience to browse the events and listings currently presented.

Question 2

Which listing details and seller signals can I compare?

Accepted Answer

Compare the event, venue, seat or section and row information, quantity, price and currency, delivery context, and the seller verification or review signals shown when they exist. A seller may have no ratings yet, so an empty rating is not presented as a positive or negative score.

Question 3

Does TicketNexus offer a side-by-side comparison tool?

Accepted Answer

TicketNexus currently supports comparison by inspecting listing cards and detail pages together. Use the available event, seat, quantity, price, delivery, and seller signals to compare listings; this FAQ does not describe a separate side-by-side comparison product.

Question 4

Can I browse Standard listings without an account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Public browsing is open. Completing a Standard checkout requires a free account sign-up, so the purchase flow can associate the payment confirmation, receipt, and order status with you.

Question 5

What does hosted checkout show before I pay?

Accepted Answer

Hosted Stripe Checkout shows the listing and the payment summary before payment is captured. The checkout path reflects the selected listing, quantity, applicable buyer or service fee, and any selected checkout option that the server sends for that purchase.

Question 6

What will I actually pay at Standard checkout?

Accepted Answer

The listing price and currency come from the published Standard listing. Before payment is captured, the server calculates the buyer-facing total, including the applicable per-ticket service fee and any selected checkout option, and sends that total to Stripe-hosted Checkout. The checkout breakdown and the receipt use the same server-side amount, so the final charge is not calculated from a browser-only price.

Question 7

What happens after my payment is confirmed?

Accepted Answer

After the hosted payment flow confirms the payment, TicketNexus verifies the checkout session and reconciles the purchase. You receive a receipt and can view the order status available for that listing from the buyer order area.

Question 8

When will my ticket arrive after I pay?

Accepted Answer

Ticket delivery depends on the listing, the event date, and the transfer method controlled by the seller or venue. TicketNexus does not promise one blanket delivery window for every listing. After payment, the purchase flow verifies the Stripe session, reconciles the purchase, and gives you a receipt plus the order status available for that listing; use the listing details and that post-payment status as the source of truth for timing.

Question 9

How does TicketNexus help me assess whether a ticket is authentic?

Accepted Answer

Standard sellers clear identity and payout checks before a listing publishes, and the listing card shows the seller verification tier. Listing details expose the event, seat information, quantity, and any available scan or provenance signal; a Verified scan badge means the listing came through the OCR upload path. These are buyer-facing checks, not a promise that inventory cannot change, so confirm the listing through hosted checkout before treating the order as final.

Question 10

How can I judge whether a seller is reliable?

Accepted Answer

Every Standard listing shows the seller verification tier, and the listing detail can show the seller rating and review count when those signals exist. A seller may have no ratings yet, so an empty rating is not presented as a positive or negative score. Compare the seller badge, listing details, reviews, and the purchase status together before checkout; TicketNexus does not replace those signals with a blanket guarantee about a seller.

Question 11

What happens if I cancel checkout or need a refund?

Accepted Answer

If you close hosted Stripe Checkout before completing payment, the payment is not captured and the checkout page returns you to a retry path for the listing. Once payment is captured, cancellation or refund handling depends on the listing and transaction terms; TicketNexus does not promise a universal refund window. Contact the support team with your order details for a review rather than assuming that every event has the same policy.

Question 12

Can a listing become unavailable while I am deciding?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A listing can sell or become unavailable before checkout is completed. Availability is confirmed through the listing and hosted checkout flow; an order becomes final only after the hosted payment flow confirms it. If you have a question about a transaction, support can review the listing and transaction terms with you.

Question 13

What is Elite?

Accepted Answer

Elite is TicketNexus’s private, by-application membership for buyers who want a coordinated event experience. It is served through a concierge desk rather than open Standard marketplace checkout, and membership begins with an application review.

Question 14

What does the public Elite offer describe?

Accepted Answer

The public Elite offer describes ticket sourcing, private aviation and travel coordination, hotels, dining and hospitality, concierge requests, and concierge chat. The service is presented as one desk and one signed arrangement for the member’s requested experience; the offer describes these as coordinated surfaces, not guaranteed inventory or outcomes.

Question 15

How does a prospective buyer apply for Elite?

Accepted Answer

A prospective buyer can review the public Elite offer and start the application at /elite/apply?intent=pitch. The application is the entry point for a private membership review; it does not represent automatic membership or guaranteed availability.

Question 16

Where does an existing Elite member open the desk?

Accepted Answer

An existing member opens the concierge desk at /dashboard/elite/concierge. That authenticated surface is where a member can use the available concierge request and chat experience.

Question 17

Does Elite guarantee a ticket, flight, hotel, or dining reservation?

Accepted Answer

No blanket guarantee is stated here. Elite describes sourcing and coordination across tickets, aviation and travel, hotels, dining, hospitality, requests, and chat. What can be arranged depends on the member’s request, the relevant seller or provider, and availability at the time of coordination.
